Well... try as I might, all the pools are closed again today, but to make sure you didn't think I was just skipping... here's a little vid JUST before the storm is really hitting. Enjoy. :)

Glenn, I am actually just envious of your Morning Practice...only started swimming 18 months ago and have never been in better shape since...but still battling to get in under 3000m in an hour workout! Your website is a great inspiration! |
